Order over 2500 euro have free shipping. Under 2500 euro the shipping cost will be shown at the checkout. 

When does my order arrive?

Within 2-7 days after we ship from our warehouse in Gavle Sweden

What happens when I’m not able to sign for the goods when shipment arrive?

You can allow delivery without signature. But this option makes damages on shipment not refundable.

How to cancel my order?

Send email as soon as possible. When order is shipped from our warehouse it is not possible to cancel.

How to change my delivery address?

Contact us and we make this change to our forwarder.
